A new member shall be proposed and seconded by two existing SSCCN members. Acceptance of the application for membership shall be at the discretion of the Executive Committee in a Council Meeting.
All members enjoy special rates in all events organised by SSCCN. Members are required to provide a valid proof of membership to claim such benefits.
Four types of Membership are on offer from the SSCCN
A life member may be any Registered Nurse residing in Sri Lanka, who is interested in Critical Care or Emergency Nursing. Life members enjoy voting rights.
Fee: LKR 1500 (one time payment)
Any Registered Nurse residing outside Sri Lanka and would like to apply for a membership of SSCCN.
Fee: USD 200 (one time payment)
Any Registered Nurse residing in Sri Lanka, who is interested in Critical Care Nursing. Ordinary members have voting rights only if the membership is current and active.
Fee: LKR 500 per year
A student nursef ollowing a diploma/ degree in a recognized institution and have an interest in critical nursing shall obtain the associate membership. Such members have no voting rights.
Fee: LKR 300 (one time payment)
Annual subscriptions are payable in advance in the month of January each year. No member shall be eligible to any privileges of membership at any time that he is in arrears of payment due to the SSCCN
If you are interested in joining us download the Application Form and submit with details to the General Secretary SSCCN to consider for membership in the next Council Meeting. If approved you may make the payments for your membership to be effective.
